August 2005 Pic Shoot Day b4 trip. One of my fav's

I kept the green Granny Smith in the freezer for over 8 months, 

until almost the end of the lease was honored.  

I took it out one evening and fell asleep with it. 

In the morning it was brown and mushy 

and I finally had to toss it, but I tossed it

to the trees where my son would practice fly fishing:))
